Burning brightly

November 18, 2016

The long nights and cold weather have officially set in since our last blog post- but the Adorn team is still burning brightly!

Halloween is always our favourite holiday at Adorn and this year was no exception! Our junior artist Rachelle and apprentice Lolly had lots of fun tattooing some spooky Halloween flash!

Anna has been a busy bee as usual! She recently tattooed a beautiful black and grey graphic butterfly and floral piece on the lovely Alice. She also did another floral piece using some beautiful colour combinations for her client Charlotte. As well as feminine pieces, Anna recently did this very cool angel inspired by the dynamic movement of comic book art.

As well as her fantastic Halloween flash, Rachelle has been working flat out! She did this beautiful Henna shoulder piece for Becci and several cover ups including this fantastic Alice in Wonderland Cheshire Cat - and a Scorpion too. You would never know the old pieces were ever there!

Chelsea has been using some super fancy pieces lately! She fitted this stunning 14k Rose Gold clicker from Body Gems set with six genuine opals into a helix piercing. Chelsea also got to pierce a bride to be! The lovely Molly popped in to have her philtrum pierced with a 14k yellow gold crown set with Rainbow Moonstone and her nostrils were upgraded to fancy purple trinities to match as well. This will look absolutely amazing down the aisle and we can’t wait to see the photos of her big day! Finally she used this unique 18k yellow Indian Seam Ring for a fresh daith piercing. This piece was made by UK based jewellery designer Danila Tarcinale. Bespoke and safe body jewellery is hard to come by in the UK so we are thrilled to use her pieces!

One of Aiden’s favourite clients popped in for lots of fancies this month! He got to use this Industrial Strength North Star in Purple and Lavender CZs with a purple trinity in a double forward helix. Both pieces were anodised rose gold to match this ladies’ existing set up!  Liz popped back a few weeks later to have an Anatometal 5 arc gem cluster in a fresh helix piercing and upgraded her conch with a 14k yellow gold crown set with Rainbow Moonstone.

We will have the bright and bubbly Fran Bailey guesting with us between November 22nd and November 24th - her work is super cute and colourful and we know Shrewsbury are loving her work so do get in touch quickly to book with her while she’s here!
